Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Exemem (the “Service”), the privacy-preserving network for vectorized data. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
The Service is currently offered on an invite basis. You must register with a valid invite code and a passkey (WebAuthn) credential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and passkey used to access your account, and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to deanonymize other participants, link entries to their owners, or otherwise defeat the network's privacy guarantees.
- Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent access controls or rate limits.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process, or that is unlawful or malicious.
- Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you bring to the Service. The Service is designed so that operators cannot read your content or link your entries to one another. Our handling of data — including the anonymous usage and error telemetry that is on by default and how to opt out — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Service availability
The Service is provided during an early-access period and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exemem and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
